RETURN & EXCHANGE

I. POLICY

  • Each item at Beetroot is meticulously crafted to meet the most stringent quality standards. Our collection features handwoven textiles in general, and it's important to note that manual irregularities and the gentle fading of natural dyes are not considered defects. Instead, they are inherent qualities of natural dyes and contribute to the inherent beauty of these handcrafted textiles. Embracing the rich Indian tradition and handmade processes, we appreciate the uniqueness brought about by their occasional unevenness.
  • If the package you receive is in subpar condition, not as expected, or appears to have been tampered with or damaged before delivery, we strongly advise you to decline acceptance of the package. Please promptly return it to the delivery person.
  • You can easily return orders by following the steps below. 
  1. To initiate the return process, please fill out the form located in the "Return & Exchange" section. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our customer support team at beetrootclothing@gmail.com. 
  2. Ensure that the merchandise you're returning is in its original condition, including the tags and packaging. This way, we can accept your return and issue a refund.
  3. For product return, please note that you are entirely responsible for arranging the shipping and delivery of the item to our specified shipping address.
  • Please be aware that, it is our sole discretion to decide whether the product is liable for return – exchange or not. 
  • Due to merchandise restrictions, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for goods purchased from our authorized stockists.

II. REFUND

  • Once we receive the package at our studio and determine that the garment is in satisfactory condition, your refund will be processed and initiated into your e-wallet of Beetroot account within 7 working days. This amount can be redeemed within a span of 1 year from the date of purchase.Should you not use the funds within this one-year period, we will then transfer the refund amount to your personal bank account for your convenience.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated. If the garment does not meet the specified conditions, it will be returned to you. 
  • This policy applies uniformly to both domestic and international orders

1. Can I send the return by myself?

  • If you desire to return the received product, you will need to organize the delivery and take responsibility for covering the shipping charges.
  • You can certainly use a different courier than the one that delivered the package. Please send the return to our studio, using the following address: 105-B wing Royal sands building, Above Rasotsav restaurant and Ashirwad general store, Shastrinagar, Off new link road, Andheri west Mumbai 400053
  • However, kindly note that Beetroot will not be liable for any damages, theft, or unusual activity of any sort when you use your return service. Thus, we suggest you choose a trackable and reliable shipping service.

2. Is it possible to get my dress altered? 

  • Certainly, we are more than willing to assist you in making alterations to our pieces to ensure they fit your preferences perfectly. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer care team to discuss your specific requirements and the modifications you would like to make.

3. Can I exchange custom made dresses? 

  • Unfortunately, we do not extend our return and refund services to custom made pieces. 

III. EXCHANGE

  • To initiate an exchange, kindly fill up the form in the “Returns & Exchange’ section and select 'Exchange' as the option. Provide the details of your desired size for the replacement. We will ensure that the specific item you prefer is reserved for you while we await your return. Once we have received your returned item, we will promptly dispatch your replacement to your address. You'll also receive a confirmation email to keep you informed of the shipping status.
  • Please be aware that you can change the size and color of an item only once. However, if you desire a different item altogether, you can return the item by following the steps outlined in our Return Policy.
  • Please note that at present, we do not facilitate exchanges or returns for orders scheduled outside of India.
